What payment methods does Studmuphin accept?
We currently accept payment via Paypal, credit card, iDeal and direct transfer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order within the next 8 hours after you’ve placed your order. Please send an e-mail to contact@studmuphin.com so we can restore your payment. Once your item is shipped, cancelling or changing your order is no longer possible.
How can I check the authenticity of my bag?
To check the authenticity of your item, please send an e-mail to contact@studmuphin.com so we can verify your bag.
What does Studmuphin do with my personal information?
All provided personal information is not shared with third parties. In addition, in some cases the information may be shared internally. Our employees are required to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.

Can I track my order?
Every order comes with a tracking number.
How can I return my item?
You may always return the product within 14 days after you have received it. You can do this by sending an email to contact@studmuphin.com. Once you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. If we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
Do I get a full refund if I return my item?
When an item gets returned the consumer will get their money back. Pleas note that the consumer must send the product(s) back with all delivered accessories, in it’s original condition and original packaging. Products showing visible traces of usage can not be returned. Also products with a broken seal are not accepted.
How do I clean/ maintain my item?
Use a clean damp cotton cloth to clean your bag. Do not clean your Studmuphin® bag with a wax, aceton, bleach or oil. This will stain the bag and can cause the paint to dissolve. Corrosive cleaners are not recommended to use.
